A Little Shaken but not Stirred

I can’t say the same for the NCAA Men’s Basketball tournament. Everyone’s bracket has to have collapsed by now 😀

With the first round in the books for the 2012 NCAA Women’s basketball tournament, things are going relatively as expected. All the #1 seeds remain in the tournament getting big wins over their opponents. A few upsets include #13 Marist beating #4 Georgia, #11 Gonzaga beating #6 Rutgers, and #11 Kansas beating #6 Nebraska. Nothing too surprising though. Florida, not being happy with its #9 seed, was able to get past #8 Ohio State. Delle Donne scored 39 points in #3 Delaware’s win over #14 Ar-Little Rock and #4 Georgia Tech won their game against #13 Sacred Heart. I can’t wait to see what happens in the second round.

One team that didn’t make it, and I’m sad about this, is UNC. I love UNC.

One team that did is Georgia Tech. I enjoy watching them play, and I hope they do well in the tournament.
